I had a great experience with a property hero team . The cleaners arrived exactly on time and did an outstanding job. They paid close attention to detail, especially in the kitchen and bathrooms which are now absolutely spotless. The team was professional, polite, and worked efficiently. I will definitely be using their services again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable service.

I booked an end of lease clean with Property Hero and had a really positive experience. Rakib was the one who handled the job and he was professional, on time. He paid good attention to details. Everything looked clean and well-presented after the job was done. Overall, it was a stress-free experience and I was happy with the result. I’d recommend Property Hero, especially if Rakib is assigned to your job.

What a great experience with Property Hero for a pre-sale clean! They pulled a rabbit out of the hat to accommodate a very short notice full clean of our townhouse and the end result was amazing with the team going above and beyond the standard cleaning checklist to make the place sparkling and ready for sale. Parisa is a delight to deal with and made sure she knew exactly what was required. I particularly appreciated this as I was managing the job remotely. Very grateful and thoroughly recommend!

Mirza and the team did an outstanding end of lease clean for my townhouse in Terrigal. They had fantastic attention to detail, and took incredible pride in their work. Their prices are reasonable, and they honoured their quoted price for us. The end of lease inspection went well, and we got our bond back with no problem. I would highly recommend their services for your next end of lease clean.

I booked in a once-off clean for my place to test the waters as I hate cleaning bathrooms. Fairly happy with the work done on the whole house, especially going above and beyond in cleaning down my gas cooktop. The only letdown was the mopping at the end as lots of spots were missed, I ended up mopping it myself afterwards. Still leaving 5 stars as the extra service on the cooktop nullifies the mopping, but an extra few minutes attention on that aspect would have made the clean perfect.

I've never seen my home so clean and tidy. They move so swiftly, paying attention to every little detail. I can not express how thankful I am for their consideration towards my neurodivergent childs sound sensory needs going out of their way to adjust their cleaning style so he is not made uncomfortable.
